About us
This brand started in a very simple way: I couldn’t find the kind of clothes I actually wanted to wear.
During university, I always gravitated toward clean button-ups, textured knits, muted colors, and anything that felt slightly old-world without being costume-like. I would save photos of vintage campuses, old bookstores, and classic menswear and womenswear, but every time I tried to shop for clothes in that style, everything felt either cheap, overly trendy, or nothing like the aesthetic I had in my head.
So I began sourcing pieces for myself first — slower, heavier fabrics, better stitching, deeper colors, and silhouettes that looked timeless instead of fast-fashion. Friends started asking where I got them. A few people asked if I could find similar pieces for them. Eventually it reached a point where I realized there were more people like me who wanted this aesthetic but didn’t know where to find it.
That’s when I decided to turn this into an actual store.
Nothing here is chosen randomly. Every item is selected because it fits the mood that inspired this whole thing in the first place: the comfort of a quiet study space, a cup of coffee on a wooden desk, autumn walks, classical music in the background, and clothing that feels like it belongs in an old photograph — but still wears well today.
This isn’t about pretending to be something you’re not. It’s about choosing clothes that make you feel calm, confident, and a little more like the person you’re trying to become.
If you enjoy the Dark Academia aesthetic — the textures, the tones, the simplicity — then you’ll feel at home here. This store was built for people who appreciate that world just as much as I do.
